CGE needs your travel details, counts for chartered buses and hotels, information for Handong Global to prepare nametags and program materials, and preferences for the meeting and any additional notes about your preparations. 

PAYMENT DETAILS

REGISTRATION FEE: $430

Includes conference program costs, food during the conference days, conference materials, excursion fees, and chartered bus transportation to and from the conference and scheduled events June 24-28. Payments can be make with the CGE online Payment or CGE's PayPal link.

Handong Global University welcomes CGE member universities, partners, and colleagues to participate in a two day strategic conference highlighting opportunities for leaders and faculty to focus on joint university programs, strategies for student recruitment, networking with other international focused universities in Asia and trending issues for higher education globally.

CGE Event Hosts in Suwon and Seoul will include: visit to Suwon school and a student fair; university campus visits; meetings and meals with leaders of high schools, universities, and megachurch pastors; visit to FEBC and historic sites; and other special events.

FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS are made and purchased by attendees. Recommended flights are through Seoul/Incheon International Airport (ICN). From ICN on June 24, CGE will provide a chartered bus departing from the Best Western Hotel Premier at 12:00 PM (noon) to travel to Pohang and the conference hotel and university. Chartered bus transportation will also be available on June 26, 27, and 28. Individual attendees will make their own departure arrangements on June 29 from the Novotel Yongsan hotel in Seoul to the airport or to other destinations. For additional information or help email cbishop@cgedu.org

24 June - Arrive at hotel and then to Handong Global University for meal & Conference Opening Session.

25 June - Plenary Sessions. Workshops. Possible tour to historical site.

26 June - Final Plenary Session. Luncheon.

26 June - Early afternoon departure for Suwon.

Light meal Central Christian Academy. Student Recruiting Fair. Travel to Seoul

27 June - Events in Seoul. Myongju University and Soongsil University visits. Lunch hosted possibly by Christian school headmasters. Banquet hosted by Private School Mission Network.

28 June - Visit historic Foreigners Cemetery. Tour FEBC, Luncheon with Dr. Billy Kim and his guests. Afternoon event. Evening at megachurch services.

PRINT YOUR CONFIRMATION # PAGE (later email may not give the Conf #). Payment will be taken on- site from credit card. Cancellation is by 18:00 at least 48 hours prior to date of stay.

JUNE 26 -29 Novotel Yongsan Seoul - CGE will reserve each room and invoice attendees later with your confirmation #.

The NOVOTEL hotel arranged a special rate by contract. They could not provide a link at this rate for individual reservations.

CGE will mail attendees a NOVOTEL hotel registration form that attendees will fill out and send back. CGE will then send all the information to the NOVOTEL and invoice attendees for cost of three nights for "Room Only" OR choice of "Room and Breakfast".

Please be sure and indicate your preference for Room Only or Room with Breakfast.

Estimated costs are Room/night for $164 USD with VAT inclusive, Room/night with Breakfast for $192 USD with VAT inclusive.
