LOUISIANA CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY is a private, coeducational, 4-year college of liberal arts, sciences and select professional programs, all built upon a Christian worldview. Undergraduate programs of study include Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Music, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Social Work, Bachelor of General Studies, Master of Arts in Teaching, Master of Education in Educational Leadership, Master of Education with Special Education Concentration, Master of Social Work, and Master of Business Administration.

On an 80-acre campus, students enjoy a life rich with a broad range of activities, including 18 NAIA sports, social events, intramural sports, spiritual growth and community engagement. Louisiana Christian University is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and has been ranked multiple times by US News and World Report as Best Regional College.

The University was recently recognized for leadership in student character development in The Templeton Guide: Colleges that Encourage Character Development. LCU is profiled in the “Faculty and Curriculum Programs” section for its Values Program. Additionally, Louisiana Christian University was recently recognized as a “Top College” by bestvalueschools.org. Some form of financial aid is received by more than 96 percent of their students.

LCU recently partnered with the Ron Blue Institute to create a new course, Biblical Financial Management, for Fall 2023 using Ron Blue’s literature, which will be required for all business students.
